We’re sorry but while this car may still be available, this ad had expired.

A REAL 1970 442 W30 matching numbers muscle car classic. Original 455 block, F heads, W and Z exhaust manifolds, aluminum OLDS 455 intake manifold, and four barrel carburetor. Also, original Muncie M21 close ratio four speed transmission, and aluminum W27 rear end. This car has all the original W30 goodies including fiberglass hood, red plastic fender liners, and front disc brakes.

The car was built in Lansing the second week of April, 1970. Casting dates on engine components correspond to that build date. VIN sequence number appears on both the block and transmission. The Rally Red paint (similar to Chevy Hugger Orange) was a special order and appears on the trim tag correctly as two dashes. The black interior also shows on the trim tag. The car sets on four original style Firestone G70/14 white lettered tires.

I have added new front and rear bumpers, hood trim, front seats, headliner, door handles, quarter window trim, and back up light linkage. The original style single stage paint has been recently professionally wet sanded and buffed to a high gloss. The engine compartment and trunk have been detailed, as has the undercarriage. This is a rust free classic that is the focus of attention wherever it appears.

The previous owner added an ignition box, electric fan, and power brakes. W30 four speed cars came with manual brakes. I have an original fan shroud.

Everything works except the clock and radio. I have a working, correct 442 radio to be installed by someone who knows how to do it. The odometer shows 67,700 miles.

This is a beautifully restored REAL W30 four speed that is the right color and the right year. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY.
