I'm all for survivors. I think they're great bench mark cars. I'd really have to see this car in person to agree that it is one.
It's pretty difficult to believe the fenders haven't rusted. Most 68's were showing rust in the heals after two or three years. There were no drain holes and the water just sat in there even from just washing them. The dash is missing the stripe. It could have been peeled off. I also don't see the distinctive rub on the dash where the keys dangled. Most of those comments have to do with the interior which may have been freshened up.
