Thanks for posting information like this. Unfortunately, it is difficult to control the validity of listings. It looks like Napoli may be acting as a broker to the owner. They may say they still "have the car" when in fact they are listing it on behalf of the owner who still has the physical car and is just bad at the internet. That would explain the markup.
