We’re sorry but while this car may still be available, this ad had expired.

1970 Olds 442 - #'s matching engine, BRAND NEW M22 Rock Crusher 4-spd trans, 3:91 Posi rear with W27 cover. Special "- -" paint code on the cowl tag, and trunk floor showing that this beautiful Rally Red (Chevy's Hugger Orange) was the original color. It looks great against the black stripes and matching black bucket seat interior. This is not a W-30 car (just badge'd up like one). The engine has about 200 miles on it since it was re-done with a little liberty taken in the performance department such as a bigger cam, aluminum intake and new carb, ceramic coated headers, MSD ignition, and some engine bay chrome accents which can be easily reversed for the Olds purist in you. This car is fast and will get the ice cream home before it melts!

The exhaust coming out of this thumping 455 flow thru ceramic coated headers and thru a very custom built mandrel bent exhaust and out those famous Trumpet style 442 tips - she sounds SICK and runs nice on 93 octane "pump" gas.

The body is very nice, the panels are straight and the gaps are very presentable, all the weatherstripping is soft and seal well, along with the special paint code, the 930 code correctly indicates black interior w/bucket seats. This paint scheme definitely makes this car POP! The W-25 OAI hood is perfect and the rear spoiler adds to the car's aggressive "no bullshit" stance. The paint is flat with a great deep shine and was painted prior to the car's current long time owner taking possession of it about 15 years ago. You will NOT be disappointed with this car and will be a true attraction at any show or local cruise night. The interior is well appointed and comfortable. It's equipped with the assembly line installed black vinyl bucket seats and console, the dashboard is in great shape, a modern tachometer replaces the unused pod on the right side of the gauge cluster and is accompanied by a trio of old school analog gauges under the dash report in with oil pressure, water temp, and the current charging condition. No rips, no stains, and a nice sounding, upgraded stereo system round out "the office". The car is nicely optioned for being a street brawler, and they include the bucket seats, sport wheel, power steering, and power front disc brakes

The suspension and braking parts are all new within the last 200 miles - I mean ALL NEW; ball joints, tie-rod ends, all steering components, HD coil springs and shocks, new! All brake parts; lines, pads, rotors, calipers, wheel cylinders, shoes, backing plates, etc. - all new! New HD boxed lower control arms with heavier duty rear sway bar (original boxed LCA's are included). She stops great and the ride is tight, and the car tracks nicely. The wheels and tires are very vintage to the 70's vibe. Both the front and rear chrome 15" x 8" Oldsmobile Super Stock 1 styled wheels wrapped in timeless BFG radial T/A rubber (235/60 in the front and meaty 295/50's out back).

All in all this is an amazing car for those that like to drive and would like to drive a car hard without anything breaking. The car must be seen and driven to be believed - no excuses, it is what it is - a beast that Doc Olds would be proud to call one of his!
