Loose Antenna

Hi, I have a question about the antenna on a 1968 442 (front passenger side fender). The base under the plastic cup that screws down toward the fender is loose. I can see it from the door between the dash and the open door but I can't get my hand into tighten anything. Any advise how to tighten this antenna?
