Category Re-organization

I receive some suggestion from some of the members and I went ahead and reorganized some of the forum groups according to some of them. I hope this better suites the community. I did my best to move some of the threads into their new applicable group. If you can't find an old thread, chances are its in the general discussion board.

If you see any issues with missing content, broken links, or anything else. Let me know. I will also take one last round of suggestions before I finalize the forum.
