Image resizing defaulted

I made this so it was really easy to upload any type of images. It worked, but I noticed that some people were uploading images that were huge; several megabytes in size. This made for really long page load times. I added some code to automatically resize the images that get uploaded to a width of 800 pixels. This will drastically improve the load time for threads with lots of images. This will only effect pages posted from this point on.
