In the past and on other forums I can post photos from Image Shack. I find this to be the easiest way to upload photos for me. I've tried to drag and drop but I have this asinine AC/DC photo editor that makes it MORE difficult to access pics and post them from my puter. Why can't I put the link into the postlike I did for other sites and have it show up as a photo? Like I post this; [URL=https://imageshack.com/i/p3wPpRDpj][IMG]http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/800x600q90/903/wPpRDp.jpg[/IMG][/URL] and it comes out on the post as script. I want it to be a photo like on other sites. What gives? Thanks for your time.

So most forums accept BB code, which is what you posted. I opted for the method I currently have which is more html based. The main reason I picked this method is because it is easier to get images from your computer to a post. You literally just drag the image from your computer folder to this input box. The site will automatically upload and re-size the image.

By clicking on the image button in the tool bar, you can also put the direct link to the image if it is already hosted on the web somewhere. Image Shack should also provide this link called something along the lines of direct link.

If you want to post the HTML code, you can click on the last option in this tool bar "</>" and then paste the code. This opens the doors to full blown html code depending on how complicated you want to get.

Overall, everything except BB coding is supported. So far the overall feedback has been very positive, especially in regards to uploading images. I hope all that makes sense.

So, here's what I have to do. I uploaded a photo editor that pulled all my pics off my computer and put them in their file. I insert the thumb drive, open it, choose the pic I want and upload it like it was on my computer. What a hassle but at least I found a way around this.

I hope it is easier. I'm confused on why you needed to use a photo editor to pull pics off your computer. You should be able to get the pictures straight from your computer or straight from your thumb drive to this site by the "drag and drop" method. If you still run into problems, definitely let me know.

See, the problem is that the photo editor won't show me the photo. It just has an icon of a camera and that is repeated for every photo. Until I loaded this I could see what the picture was. I can see the picson the thumbdrive. It's a pita but I'll figure out the editor and then I'll be able to drag and drop. These things are just like a puzzle, you just have to figure them out.

Pretty much have this figured out now. Like I said, it's like a puzzle. What I'm doing now is pulling images off the thumb drive and putting them in my picture folder. Then I just drag and drop, just like you said. Thanks for making this site joffroi, it's cool.

Glad to hear you got your method all figured out.
