This is where I am now... now has a 1968 vintage 455 bored .060 and .010/.010 on the crank. Very mild cam of unknown origin. C heads with BBC rockers installed. Engine dyno\'d at 320 HP with a max torque rating of 494 lbs at 2450 RPM. Trans is a TH400 that came out of a late 60\'s full sized Olds or Buick with no provision for speedo gears. I have a quad gauge and GPS speedo from Speed Hut designed to look very similar to the factory gauges. The interior is now black. Vintage Air installation has started. I\'ve added front disc brakes, new brake and fuel lines, brake cables along with tubular control arms. Anything that moves has either been rebuilt or replaced. New weatherstrips installed... all the anodized trim around the glass was badly scratched, so I have sanded and polished them and they look fantastic. Aftermarket wiring is going in, and a radio upgrade is in the works. No pretense as to an original car here... just building something I can drive anywhere, anytime and enjoy it.
I\'ll continue to post more as I get my lazy arse back in gear and get something accomplished. Tennessee decided to have a Chicago winter this year and has really slowed my progress.

I remember when that car came on the market because I was thinking about actually looking into it. Looks like you are doing some killer work. Definitely looks better without that stripe.
