We’re sorry but while this car may still be available, this ad had expired.

This a 72 cutlass S hardtop that was in one family is whole life. About 2 years ago it was repainted its original color of gold the looks incredible in the sunlight. I am a perfectionist when it comes to paint and build quality. With 10 being a trailer only show queen I give this a solid 6.5 on the paint. Its very nice driver weekend show-in-shine type job. The paint was done over an already near perfect body. The car still has all original panels and no signs of rust ever. I will go as far as its one of the most solid old muscle cars I have ever come across. Look at the near 200 pics in my link below and see for yourself.

This is an excellent condition car at an entry level muscle car price. Its begging for a 455 with a 4 speed as a 442 clone or maybe an LS1 LS2 LS3 Lsx swap with a protouring suspension. Its a blank canvas ready for you ideas mild to wild. If I didn't already have so much on my plate this would be a long term keeper because I won't find another one as solid as this.

Currently the only changes from stock are and aftermarket stereo mounted under the dash so not to hack up the original dash. Its does have a/c but it needs to be recharged. Is was equipped with 350 V8 and TH350 transmission, power steering, and power brakes but no other options to speak of. The car has just over 100K miles it runs and drives great but could use a suspension tune up with new bushings and such.

For a short time I will be selling this car as is at this price. If I have it for long I will start dumping more money in to it and the price will go up. The only thing that keeps it from driving anywhere is the 2 front tires are bald with cords showing. My price includes 2 new tires but if you are like me and would be putting custom rims on it anyway then I will deduct $200.00 from the price so you can buy you own tires / wheels of your choice to make it your own type of project. I think it would look killer myself with chrome 15" Cragar S/S or 17 18 " gray centered American Racing torque thrusts.

When I sell a car I don't want there to be any question of the what you are getting so spend some time looking at this near 200 pictures inside outside top to bottom.

It takes $9600.00 to buy it cash only I don't need any trades at this time. There is a clear Texas title ready for a new owner. This is priced to sell. It will save you the asking price in just metal work starting with the average rusty car. If it was a Chevelle in this condition I could sell quick for twice this price.
