Oldsmobile Cutlass
Hi guys, I wasn't planning on selling my car, but my friends aunt is selling her lake house in Maine that I have wanted to buy for a long time. I don't have to sell it, but would make the purchase a little easier, so I'm contemplating selling.
The hurst is a 4 owner. It is numbers matching and has 50,072 original miles on it. The original owner sold it to his cousin in 1998 with 40 something thousand on it. He said from 1982-1998 he put 500 miles on it. His cousin stored it for an additional 16 years and only put a couple thousand miles on it. The third owner had it restored. Body stripped it bare metal, painted, new correct vinyl top. Motor and tranny removed and resealed. Under side of car sandblasted and painted. New gas tank etc. car rides very nice.
In 1973 Olds made 1097 Hursts. The historians say about a quarters are left. Approximately 400 were black. This car is the rare V code without air conditioning, so it has 270hp with the bigger cam, heavy duty transmission and 3:23 rear. Car has original headlights, dealer selling name plate, stamped keys etc. This is one rare car
