1968 Oldsmobile Vista Cruiser for sale. Last driven and plated in 1989. Two owner vehicle. It has sat outside under a canopy/lean to since being parked in 1989. 400 V8, AC, Power windows, Power seats, Power tailgate window, AM/FM Stereo, Deluxe interior and more. This is the 2 seat cruiser. Previous owner purchased in the early 1970's and had it painted because the lower vinyl wood grain was peeling. It was white with wood grain and he repainted it silver and black. At this time, he also replaced the factory rims with Keystone rims. The Keystones show a lot of wear, but are pretty decent for being 50 years old. I have the the locking theft prevention lug that still works perfectly. The car currently shows it's age on the drivers side where it was exposed to the sun and weather over the 33 years it sat. The passenger side looks really good.
The seats and interior look excellent! The carpet overall is very good, but the driver side front and rear floors are ragged and will need to be replaced if you choose to restore. No battery, but we hooked up a battery pack to the cables and all the windows worked including the rear tailgate window as well as all the lights, horn, etc. I should have put forth more effort to get it running, but I have no garage space, time or expertise to do so. These cars are pretty hard to find and I think this car is a doable restoration. At the very least, it's a great parts car for it has a ton of hard to find parts including the doors, fenders, hood, tailgate, interior, glass, trim, motor, trans and more. Clean and clear title in hand.
